These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of highroadproduction.com.au and any services we provide (the "Site"). By using the Site or engaging High Road Production ("High Road", "we", "us", "our") for work, you agree to these Terms.
You may view, browse and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law, infringes our or any third party's rights, or interferes with the security or operation of the Site.
All photography, video, text, graphics, design elements and code on the Site are owned by or licensed to High Road Production. Unless we expressly agree in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any of this material.
Where work has been produced for a client, the licence and usage rights are governed by the separate engagement agreement for that project.
Submitting an enquiry does not form a binding contract. A booking is only confirmed once we have provided a written quote, you have accepted it, and any required deposit has been paid. Project-specific terms (deliverables, timelines, payment, usage rights) are set out in the engagement agreement.
The Site may embed or link to third-party content (e.g. Vimeo, YouTube, font and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of those external services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content on the Site for any particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, High Road Production is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising out of your use of the Site or its content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss.
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy at /privacy/. By using the Site you agree to that policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date revised accordingly. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
