In the rare case you or the vendor is not satisfied with the outcome of media deliverables, we will make any necessary revisions to reach a standard all parties are satisfied with.

We use a cloud service called Frame.IO where you can post live feedback to all media. You will able to download directly to your phone through this.

Our 3 tiered system caters to all content needs small or large, however should you require something outside of these packages, simply inform us over sms or phone and we will cater to your needs.

We work hard to prioritise a date and time that works for you. In certain cases, we will have bookings and encourage as much notice as possible. We always advise a time of day to shoot that will achieve optimal natural lighting for the chosen property.

We spend anywhere between 2-3 hours on our property shoots. All media is edited and delivered within a 48 hour guarantee.
